No person shall export motor fuel from this state unless\n\nthat person has obtained an exporter's license or a supplier's\n\nlicense and can demonstrate proof of export in the form of a\n\ndestination state bill of lading.\n\nB. A consumer which exports fuel in a vehicle fuel supply tank\n\nincident to interstate transportation shall be exempt from this\n\nsection.\n\nC.
