Stat. tit. 68, § 68-500.53","heading":"Failure to obtain required licenses - Penalties","body":"No person shall engage in any business activity in this state as\n\nto which a license is required by this act unless the person shall\n\nhave first obtained the license. Any person who negligently\n\nviolates this section is subject to a civil penalty in the amount of\n\nOne Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
