Stat. tit. 68, § 68-500.55","heading":"Notice to be provided and posted with dyed diesel fuel","body":"A notice stating \"DYED DIESEL FUEL, NONTAXABLE USE ONLY, PENALTY\n\nFOR TAXABLE USE\" shall be:\n\n1. Provided by the terminal operator to any person that\n\nreceives dyed diesel fuel at a terminal rack of that terminal\n\noperator;\n\n2. Provided by any seller of dyed diesel fuel to its buyer if\n\nthe diesel fuel is located outside the bulk transfer/terminal system\n\nand is not sold from a retail pump posted in accordance with the\n\nrequirements of paragraph 3 of this section; and\n\n3.
