Stat. tit. 68, § 68-500.59","heading":"Impoundment, seizure and sale of vehicle and cargo upon","body":"violation of shipping paper requirements - Presumption.\n\nIf a person is found operating a motor vehicle in violation of\n\nthe shipping paper requirements in Sections 45, 49, 50 and 55 of\n\nthis act, the vehicle and its cargo is subject to impoundment,\n\nseizure, and subsequent sale and forfeiture, in accordance with the\n\ngeneral laws of this state respecting seizure and forfeiture.
