Stat. tit. 68, § 68-50004","heading":"Coin-operated amusement devices - Location and hours of","body":"operation - Licensing.\n\nAny coin-operated amusement device, including pool and billiard\n\ntables, operated in conjunction with any place of business may\n\nlawfully be operated and remain open for play during all hours that\n\nthe place of business in which such device is located may lawfully\n\nremain open for business, provided however that not more than one\n\n(1) coin-operated pool and billiard table operate in each individual\n\nplace of business outside the city limits of a city or town, and the\n\npresence of such coin-operated amusement devices shall not require\n\nany other license because of their presence, as long as they are\n\nincidental to the operation of such business and there is a valid\n\ncoin-operated amusement device license for each such device.\n\nProvided that any incorporated city or town may, by ordinance,\n\nauthorize and license family amusement centers offering pool and\n\nbilliards to persons of all ages and either sex.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d6a9836bbdf6ddb250a520d1d211cea0d1ab9eee302a46d391ffb38e9ff4536e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-50003","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-50010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
