Stat. tit. 68, § 68-50014","heading":"Oklahoma Tourism Promotion Revolving Fund - Oklahoma","body":"Tourism Capital Improvement Revolving Fund.\n\nA. 1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department,\n\nto be designated the \"Oklahoma Tourism Promotion Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department and apportioned to such\n\nfund pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1353 and 1403 of this\n\ntitle and such other monies accredited to the fund pursuant to law.\n\n2. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Department for the purpose of Oklahoma\n\ntourism promotion, as defined by Section 50011 of this title,\n\nprovided that the Department shall ensure that all areas of the\n\nstate will be adequately promoted, and all monies expended from the\n\nfund shall reflect a consistent brand and image in the promotion of\n\nOklahoma tourism.\n\n3. No monies from this revolving fund shall be transferred for\n\nany purpose to any other state agency or be used for the purpose of\n\ncontracting with any other state agency or reimbursing any other\n\nstate agency for any expense with the exception of contracting and\n\npayment for research work completed by an institution of The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education. No monies from this\n\nrevolving fund shall be expended for any wage or salary of any\n\nemployee of any state agency. Expenditures from the fund shall be\n\nmade upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. 1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department,\n\nto be designated the \"Oklahoma Tourism Capital Improvement Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department and apportioned to such\n\nfund pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1353 and 1403 of this\n\ntitle and such other monies accredited to the fund pursuant to law.\n\n2. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Department for the purpose of funding capital\n\nimprovement projects or operations at state parks and tourist\n\ninformation centers; provided, no more than twenty percent (20%) of\n\nthe amount accruing annually shall be expended for the purpose of\n\nfunding operations.\n\n3. No monies from this revolving fund shall be transferred for\n\nany purpose to any other state agency.
