Stat. tit. 68, § 68-55008","heading":"Emission Reduction Project defined","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Emission Reduction Technology Incentive\n\nAct, \"Emission Reduction Project\" means and includes, but is not\n\nlimited to:\n\n1. Existing and new technology projects that reduce on-site\n\nemissions of regulated pollutants or carbon oxides from stationary\n\nsources; and\n\n2. Existing and new technology projects that reduce emissions\n\nfrom upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas exploration,\n\nproduction, completions, gatherings, storage, processing, refining,\n\ndistribution, and transmission activities through the following:\n\na. the replacement, repair, or retrofit of stationary\n\ncompressor engines,\n\nb. the installation of systems and/or equipment to reduce\n\nor eliminate the loss of gas, venting of gas, flaring\n\nof gas, or burning of gas using other combustion\n\ncontrol devices,\n\nc. the installation of systems and/or equipment to reduce\n\nthe per barrel consumption of energy, or\n\nd. the installation of emissions monitoring equipment or\n\ndevices.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7c51e5ac63dcd1793b5347b9dd1ba0d168c94dbefa76904f8108661322dd1247","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-55007","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-55009"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
