Stat. tit. 68, § 68-6004","heading":"Report on transfer of legal ownership of aircraft -","body":"Cancellation or suspension of license.\n\nService Oklahoma shall require every person licensed as a dealer\n\nin aircraft pursuant to the provisions of Sections 251 through 257\n\nof Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes to make a report to Service\n\nOklahoma within a period of thirty (30) days after the transfer by\n\nsuch person of the legal ownership of any aircraft. The report\n\nshall be made on a form prescribed and furnished by Service\n\nOklahoma, showing the name and address of the purchaser, a\n\ndescription of the aircraft including the name of the manufacturer,\n\nthe Federal Aviation Administration registration number of the\n\naircraft, the type and year manufactured, the serial number, the\n\ndate of the transfer, whether the aircraft is exempt from the\n\naircraft excise tax pursuant to Section 6003 of this title, and the\n\namount of the sale price.
