Stat. tit. 68, § 68-607.1","heading":"Operation of vehicle without proper display of","body":"identification credentials - Penalties.\n\nA penalty of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be\n\nimposed for any person operating a vehicle subject to the provisions\n\nof Section 601 et seq. of this title and Section 701 et seq. of this\n\ntitle without the proper display of, or, carrying in such vehicle,\n\nthe identification credentials issued by the Corporation Commission.\n\nSuch penalty shall not exceed the amount established by the\n\nCorporation Commission pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of\n\nSection 3 of this act.
