Stat. tit. 68, § 68-6509","heading":"Inspections – Third-party testing – Promulgation of","body":"rules.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have the authority\n\nto require the inspection of the premises and equipment of any\n\ncharging station owner or operator to enforce compliance with the\n\nprovisions of this section.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have authority to:\n\n1. Require periodic third-party testing, calibration and\n\ninspection reports and require that those reports be submitted to\n\nthe Oklahoma Corporation Commission;\n\n2. Promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of\n\nthis section and to set fees necessary to carry out the duties and\n\nresponsibilities of the Commission pursuant to this act; and\n\n3. Assess to charging station operators the costs of any\n\nproceeding instituted by the Commission to enforce testing,\n\ncalibration and inspection report requirements.\n\nC. If a charging station operator fails to meet the\n\nrequirements of this section or any rules promulgated to implement\n\nthe requirements of this section, the charging station operator\n\nshall be subject to an administrative penalty from the Oklahoma\n\nCorporation Commission not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)\n\nper day, per violation as provided by law.\n\nD.
