Stat. tit. 68, § 68-6512","heading":"Driving on Road Infrastructure with Vehicles of","body":"Electricity (DRIVE) Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to be designated the\n\n\"Driving on Road Infrastructure with Vehicles of Electricity (DRIVE)\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Department of Transportation from sources provided by law.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nTransportation for the purpose of administering the provisions of\n\nthis act.
