Stat. tit. 68, § 68-712","heading":"Records of dealers and users","body":"Every special fuel dealer using special fuel to propel any motor\n\nvehicle on the highways of this state and all special fuel users,\n\nincluding special fuel users who import special fuel into this state\n\nin the supply tanks of motor vehicles using the highways for\n\ncommercial purposes, shall keep, in addition to the foregoing\n\nrequirements as to records which apply to them, records of the\n\nmileage traveled by each and all motor vehicles propelled by special\n\nfuel using the highways of this state including the motor vehicles\n\nowned, operated, leased or under any other form of contract,\n\ntogether with inventories, withdrawals, deliveries, purchases\n\nsupported by invoices, and such other records as may be required by\n\nthe tax Commission.
