Stat. tit. 68, § 68-716","heading":"Invoices - Record of deliveries","body":"Every person acting as a special fuel dealer who sells and\n\ndelivers any special fuel, as defined in this act, into the fuel\n\nsupply tank or tanks of any motor vehicle in this state must, at the\n\ntime of such delivery, make and deliver to the person owning or\n\noperating such vehicle (the purchaser of such fuel or his agent) an\n\ninvoice covering each such delivery, showing the name of the\n\noperator or purchaser, the date, the name and address of the special\n\nfuel dealer and his special fuel dealer's license number, the number\n\nof gallons of special fuel delivered, the place of delivery, the\n\ncorrect name of such fuel, the price per gallon and total sale price\n\nof the amount delivered, and such other information as the\n\nCommission may require. Each such invoice must be made in duplicate,\n\nbe identified by consecutive numbers printed thereon, and each\n\nspecial fuel dealer must furnish said invoices and retain one copy\n\nthereof and be able to account for each numbered delivery invoice\n\nand each copy thereof.\n\nThe invoices required by this section must be demanded by every\n\nperson purchasing and receiving a delivery of special fuel into the\n\nsupply tank of a motor vehicle in Oklahoma at the time of such\n\ndelivery and such person shall carry any such invoice with the\n\nvehicle until the fuel covered by same is consumed. If the special\n\nfuel is delivered by a licensed dealer or user into the supply tank\n\nor tanks of his own vehicles, a notation or proper record of same\n\nshall be made on the invoice.\n\nEvery person making such sales and deliveries of special fuel\n\nand every person so receiving and purchasing special fuel must each\n\nretain one copy of each such invoice as a part of his permanent\n\nrecords for a period of at least three (3) years.\n\nEvery special fuel dealer or user who shall make any delivery of\n\nspecial fuel into the supply tank of any motor vehicle owned and\n\noperated by such dealer or user shall make and maintain for at least\n\nthree (3) years a record of all such deliveries of special fuel\n\nshowing such information as the Commission may require.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"90c104c4f244cf4666e4f3bd159099e6f91178ac9d985ce23c9f73461ab7895a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-715","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-717"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
