A successful bidder awarded a contract by the Department of\n\nTransportation shall return to the Department a fully executed\n\nwritten contract within ten (10) working days from the date the\n\ncontract is awarded. The Department shall, within fourteen (14)\n\nworking days from the date the contract is received, complete its\n\nexecution of the contract and return a copy of the executed contract\n\nto the successful bidder.\n\nB. A successful bidder awarded a contract by the Oklahoma\n\nTransportation Authority shall return to the Authority a fully\n\nexecuted written contract within ten (10) working days from the date\n\nthe contract is awarded.
