Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1201.1","heading":"Preexisting easements to remain in full force and","body":"effect\n\nWhenever a section line is designated a \"reserved section line,\"\n\nany preexisting easements granted to public utilities, rural\n\nelectric cooperatives, rural water districts, rural sewer districts,\n\nnonprofit rural water corporations or other entities shall remain in\n\nfull force and effect.
