Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1206","heading":"Rights-of-way not secured by negotiation - Offers -","body":"Costs.\n\nIn any or all of the above cases where local units of government\n\nare required to pay or participate in the cost of right-of-way and\n\nsuch right-of-way cannot be secured by negotiation, the state and\n\nthe local units of government involved shall agree upon a fair and\n\nreasonable offer to be made for the right-of-way and, should the\n\neventual cost thereof exceed the offer, the excess shall be borne\n\nwith the local units of government involved, in proportion to their\n\nrespective obligations in the purchase of such right-of-way, and\n\nshall be computed on the basis of each tract separately.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"576bc5f9b658be10bfb58b6bec9541a4f0d89ebe18b753666ac0fc2d1d57b277","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1205","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1206.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
