Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1209","heading":"Removal of structures by highway commission","body":"The Commission, its officers, agents, servants and employees\n\nshall have authority to physically remove any such sign, post, thing\n\nor structure, gasoline pump, driveway canopy, fence, signpost and\n\nbuilding; and if the owner of any such driveway canopy, gasoline\n\npump, or building, thing or structure fails to remove the same\n\nwithin a reasonable time after written demand for the removal\n\nthereof has been made upon him by registered mail or personal\n\nservice, the Commission, its officers, agents, servants and\n\nemployees may physically tear down and remove such building, canopy,\n\nor pump, and for such purpose may enter upon private property to the\n\nextent necessary to accomplish the removal.
