Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1210","heading":"Culverts, driveways, mailboxes and stock-pass fences","body":"excepted - Approval by Commission required.\n\nSections 1208 through 1211 shall not prevent the construction or\n\nmaintenance of any culvert or driveway as a means of ingress and\n\negress to private property, or prevent the placing of mailboxes or\n\nfences to stock-passes on any highway right-of-way. The Commission\n\nmay regulate the construction and maintenance of such culverts,\n\ndriveways, fences to stock-passes, and mailboxes with due regard to\n\nthe safety of the traveling public and proper maintenance of the\n\nhighway. No culvert, driveway, fence to stock-pass, or mailbox\n\nshall be constructed or maintained on the right-of-way of any\n\ndesignated state or federal highway by any person without the\n\napproval of the Commission, and the Commission may remove without\n\nnotice any such culvert, driveway, fence to stock-pass, or mailbox\n\nconstructed or maintained without first obtaining such approval when\n\nin its judgment such culvert, driveway, fence to stock-pass, or\n\nmailbox is dangerous to the traveling public or interferes with\n\nproper drainage or maintenance of the highway.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"063668b7bccf3c825c8fed995124e68f80a7e65130497bfd3d768044295f147d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1209","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1211"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
