Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1236","heading":"Sale of unneeded property","body":"In the event that circumstances alter the highway requirements\n\nafter the Director has acquired property so that it or a portion\n\nthereof is no longer needed for highway purposes, the Director is\n\nauthorized to sell the real property involved or any portion thereof\n\nin the name of the state on the relation of the Director, and shall\n\nmake deposit of the proceeds of such sale in the Highway Advance\n\nRight-of-Way Acquisition and Management Fund.
