Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1237","heading":"Deposit and investment of monies","body":"\n\nAny monies credited to, or appropriated to, the Highway Advance\n\nRight-of-Way Acquisition and Management Fund, shall be deposited in\n\nsuch fund in the State Treasury. Any monies in such fund shall be\n\ninvested by the State Treasurer upon direction of the State Highway\n\nDirector in direct obligations of the United States of America or in\n\ncertificates of deposits from banks in the State of Oklahoma\n\nacceptable as depositories by the State Treasurer, when such\n\ncertificates of deposits are secured by acceptable collateral and\n\nyield as much, or more, than direct obligations of the United States\n\nof America. Any such investment shall mature in time to enable the\n\nState of Oklahoma to issue warrants against the fund for payment of\n\nindebtedness incurred for the purpose for which the Highway Advance\n\nRight-of-Way Acquisition and Management Fund is created.
