Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1260","heading":"Acquisition of interest in lands by state","body":"When the Commission determines that the topography of the land\n\nadjoining the highway will not permit adequate screening of such\n\njunkyards or scrap metal processing facilities or the screening of\n\nsuch junkyards or scrap metal processing facilities would not be\n\neconomically feasible, the Commission shall have the authority to\n\nacquire, by gift, purchase, exchange or condemnation, such interest,\n\neither real or personal, as may be necessary to secure the\n\nrelocation, removal or disposal of the junkyards or scrap metal\n\nprocessing facilities and to pay the costs of relocation, removal or\n\ndisposal thereof.
