Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1302","heading":"New and existing facilities - Grade crossing","body":"eliminations.\n\nEach governing body shall have authority to designate and\n\nestablish limited access facilities as new and additional highways,\n\nor may designate any existing street or highway as a limited access\n\nfacility.
