Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1316","heading":"Report","body":"(a) Within five (5) days after being notified of their\n\nappointment, the commissioners shall proceed to appraise and\n\napportion the benefits to such lots and tracts of land, exclusive of\n\nstreets and alleys, as are located within the assessment district,\n\nafter having taken an oath to make a full and impartial\n\napportionment. Any error in the description of a lot, parcel or\n\ntract of land liable for assessment shall not invalidate such\n\nassessment or lien thereof.\n\n(b) The commissioners shall use as a guide the estimated\n\nassessments theretofore prepared by the engineer, but the estimates\n\nshall not be binding upon the commissioners.\n\n(c) The commissioners shall have full and complete authority to\n\nvary the total assessment as between the various tracts, pieces and\n\nparcels of land, depending upon their nearness or remoteness to the\n\nfacility, and nearness or remoteness to points of access to the\n\nlimited access facility and any other factors that to the\n\ncommissioners may appear as resulting in greater benefit to one such\n\ntract or parcel of ground than another.\n\n(d) A written report of such apportionment shall be returned and\n\nfiled with the city or county clerk, within fifteen (15) days from\n\nthe date of the notice to them of their appointment.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"06043133474719a8ff1e2f6a85f3e86095d815ecfbd4d8504f3a51ae3732363d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1315","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1317"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
