Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1317","heading":"Hearing objections","body":"When the report shall have been so returned, the governing body\n\nof the city or board of county commissioners shall appoint a time\n\nfor holding a session to hear any complaints or objections that may\n\nbe made concerning the apportionment. Notice of such hearing shall\n\nbe published by the city or county clerk in five consecutive issues\n\nof a daily newspaper or in two consecutive issues of a weekly\n\nnewspaper published in the county and in general circulation in the\n\ncity or county.
