Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1318","heading":"Correction of apportionment","body":"The governing body of the city or the board of county\n\ncommissioners at such session, or at any adjournment thereof, shall\n\nhave the power to review, modify or correct the appraisement and\n\napportionment, and to raise or lower the same as to any lots or\n\nparcels of land, as it shall deem just, and shall, by resolution,\n\nconfirm the same as so revised and corrected.
