Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1325","heading":"Delivery of bonds","body":"The bonds in the amount that may be necessary for such purpose\n\nshall be turned over and delivered to the contractor in payment of\n\nthe amount due and payment of the cost of construction in accordance\n\nwith the terms of his contract, including advertising, engineering\n\nand appraising costs.
