Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1402","heading":"Interference with public use by public utilities","body":"forbidden.\n\nThe rights granted pursuant to this act shall not be exercised\n\nas to interfere with the free and ordinary use of public highways or\n\nthe exercise of the rights of other public utilities lawfully\n\nlocated on the highways. The Corporation Commission shall have\n\nauthority to hear and determine all complaints and controversies\n\ninvolving any interference with public rights, or the right of other\n\npublic service concerns in connection with the exercise of the\n\nrights and authority granted to public utilities, pursuant to this\n\nact and fix reasonable terms and conditions to be complied with by\n\nthe respective parties.
