Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1501","heading":"State Highway Construction and Maintenance Fund","body":"(a) All monies received by taxation or otherwise for use on the\n\nstate highways of this state shall, unless otherwise provided by\n\nlaw, be placed in the State Treasury in a fund to be known as the\n\nState Highway Construction and Maintenance Fund. The fund shall\n\nalso consist of revenues specifically apportioned to such fund by\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n(b) All monies remaining in the State Highway Construction and\n\nMaintenance Fund created by 69 O.S. 1961, Section 44(d), when this\n\nCode becomes effective, and all other assets thereof, and all taxes,\n\nrevenue and other funds payable to or required to be deposited in\n\nsuch fund under the provisions of other laws when this Code becomes\n\neffective, shall be transferred to, be deposited in and be a part of\n\nthe State Highway Construction and Maintenance Fund created by this\n\nsection; and the latter fund shall be liable for the payment of all\n\noutstanding obligations existing against the former fund.\n\n(c) Of the monies deposited in the State Highway Construction\n\nand Maintenance Fund pursuant to the apportionment of Motor Fuels\n\nTax Fees provided in Section 1 of this act, the lesser of Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and one and one-half percent (1 1/2%)\n\nof such monies may be used for the development and maintenance of\n\nalternative fuel corridors as defined by the Federal Highway\n\nAdministration.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d85671fbb81eb91edff50004f2c810cded28517de86202f5237b0d275994bef5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1403","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1501.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
