Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1504","heading":"Street improvement assessments - Payment from fund","body":"authorized.\n\nThe Commission, upon the filing of a claim as hereinafter\n\nprovided, may pay and discharge out of funds accruing in the State\n\nHighway Construction and Maintenance Fund any and all matured or\n\ndelinquent installments of special assessments for street\n\nimprovements which were levied against and constituted a lien upon\n\nany real property acquired by the Commission for any purpose at the\n\ntime of the acquisition thereof, provided such assessments\n\nconstitute a valid lien upon the property at the time of the payment\n\nthereof which, except for the immunity of the state from suit, could\n\nbe enforced in the manner provided for the enforcement of such\n\nliens.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9e3233ecbd43a43b36d483c5a39f2ba3243d90e8cd3d95d8faf54f51cedf2c65","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1503","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
