Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1507","heading":"Budget estimates - Road programs","body":"The Department shall file budget estimates with the Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services in the manner\n\nprescribed and at the time required by law, for each fiscal year of\n\nthe ensuing biennium following each regular session of the\n\nLegislature.
