Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1511","heading":"Encumbering matching funds","body":"Except for the highway funding program set forth in this act, of\n\nthe monies accruing to the State Highway Construction and\n\nMaintenance Fund and dedicated for matching federal funds and for\n\nstate-aid project contracts, not less than six percent (6%) shall be\n\nallocated and encumbered in any one commissioner's district.
