This section shall be known and may be cited as the \"Choctaw\n\nCode Talkers Bridge Naming Program Act\".\n\nB. The program shall be administered by the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Transportation.\n\nC. The following bridges are hereby designated to recognize the\n\nservice, valor and dedication of the Choctaw Code Talkers of World\n\nWar I and World War II:\n\n1. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 270 over Mountain Creek\n\nwest of Wister in LeFlore County shall be designated for Albert\n\nBilly, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n2. The bridge located on State Highway 3 approximately one and\n\nthree-tenths (1.3) miles east of the intersection of State Highway 3\n\nand County Road N4495 in McCurtain County shall be designated for\n\nMitchell Bobb, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n3. The bridge located on State Highway 3 approximately two\n\nthousand (2,000) feet west of the town of Oleta in Pushmataha County\n\nshall be designated for Victor Brown, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n4. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 259 approximately five\n\nand three-quarter (5.75) miles south of Smithville in McCurtain\n\nCounty shall be designated for Ben Carterby, WWI Choctaw Code\n\nTalker;\n\n5. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 70 approximately six\n\nhundred (600) feet west of the intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and\n\nCounty Road N3770 in Bryan County shall be designated for Ben\n\nColbert, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n6. The bridge located on State Highway 3 over Beaver Creek east\n\nof Antlers in Pushmataha County shall be designated for George E.\n\nDavenport, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n7. The bridge located on State Highway 3 over Dumpling Creek\n\neast of Antlers in Pushmataha County shall be designated for Joseph\n\nH. Davenport, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n8. The bridge located on State Highway 3 over Boktuklo Creek\n\nwest of Broken Bow in McCurtain County shall be designated for James\n\nM. Edwards, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n9. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 70 over Raymond Gary Lake\n\nin Choctaw shall be designated for Tobias W. Frazier, WWI Choctaw\n\nCode Talker;\n\n10. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 70 over Sulphur Creek at\n\nthe intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and County Road E2078 in Bryan\n\nCounty shall be designated for Benjamin Hampton, WWI Choctaw Code\n\nTalker;\n\n11. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 259 crossing over Eagle\n\nFork Creek approximately one-half (0.5) mile south of Smithville in\n\nMcCurtain County shall be designated for Noel Johnson, WWI Choctaw\n\nCode Talker;\n\n12. The bridge located on State Highway 48 over Sincere Creek\n\nin eastern Pontotoc County shall be designated for Otis Leader, WWI\n\nChoctaw Code Talker;\n\n13. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 259 over Yanubbee Creek\n\nnorth of Broken Bow in McCurtain County shall be designated for\n\nSolomon Bond Louis, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n14. The bridge located on State Highway 7 over Pennington Creek\n\nin central Johnston County shall be designated for Pete Maytubby,\n\nWWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n15. The bridge located on northbound State Highway 3\n\napproximately two thousand three hundred (2,300) feet north of the\n\nState Highway 3 bridge over Little River in McCurtain County shall\n\nbe designated for Jeff Nelson, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n16. The bridge located on State Highway 98 over Horsepen Creek\n\nfive and two-tenths (5.2) miles southwest of the intersection of\n\nState Highway 3 in McCurtain County shall be designated for Joseph\n\nOklahombi, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n17. The bridge located on southbound State Highway 3\n\napproximately two thousand three hundred (2,300) feet north of the\n\nState Highway 3 bridge over Little River in McCurtain County shall\n\nbe designated for Robert Taylor, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n18. The bridge located on the U.S. Highway 70 Bypass over Old\n\nHighway 70 east of Durant in Bryan County shall be designated for\n\nCharles Walter Veach, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\nsouthbound State Highway 3\n\napproximately two thousand three hundred (2,300) feet north of the\n\nState Highway 3 bridge over Little River in McCurtain County shall\n\nbe designated for Robert Taylor, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n18. The bridge located on the U.S. Highway 70 Bypass over Old\n\nHighway 70 east of Durant in Bryan County shall be designated for\n\nCharles Walter Veach, WWI Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n19. The bridge located on U.S. Highway 70 at the intersection\n\nof U.S. Highway 70 and County Road N4750 east of Broken Bow in\n\nMcCurtain County shall be designated for Calvin Wilson, WWI Choctaw\n\nCode Talker;\n\n20. The bridge located on State Highway 113 approximately one\n\nand one-quarter (1.25) miles south of the intersection of State\n\nHighway 113 and County Road E1368 in Pittsburg County shall be\n\ndesignated for Forreston Baker, WWII Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n21. The bridge located on State Highway 1 approximately one\n\nthousand eight hundred (1,800) feet west of the intersection of\n\nState Highway 1 and the Indian Nation Turnpike in Pittsburg County\n\nshall be designated for Schlicht Billy, WWII Choctaw Code Talker;\n\n22. The bridge located on State Highway 1 approximately one and\n\nsix-tenths (1.6) miles west of the intersection of State Highway 1\n\nand the Indian Nation Turnpike in Pittsburg County shall be\n\ndesignated for Andrew Perry, WWII Choctaw Code Talker; and\n\n23. The bridge on State Highway 31 at the eastern municipal\n\nlimits of Krebs shall be designated for Davis Pickens, WWII Choctaw\n\nCode Talker.\n\nD.
