Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1678","heading":"Harrah Road - Billy Fairl Morgan Memorial Highway","body":"No section of State Highway 270 extending between N.E. 23rd\n\nStreet to the municipal limits of McLoud, Oklahoma, shall be named\n\nor renamed, except as provided in this section. The section of\n\nhighway on State Highway 270 extending from Harrah, Oklahoma,\n\nbetween N.E. 23rd Street to S.E. 29th Street shall be designated as\n\n“Harrah Road”. The section of highway on State Highway 270\n\nextending from where the newly designated “Harrah Road” intersects\n\nwith S.E. 29th Street to the McLoud municipal limits shall be\n\ndesignated as the “Billy Fairl Morgan Memorial Highway”. Any\n\nexisting name on the section of highway between N.E. 23rd Street and\n\nthe municipal limits of McLoud shall be removed.
