Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.159","heading":"Historic Chisholm Trail Bike Route","body":"\n\nState Highway 81 from the Kansas border to the Texas border\n\nshall be designated as the \"Historic Chisholm Trail Bike Route\".\n\nThe cost associated with signage required by this section shall be\n\nprovided from private sources and shall include the cost of the\n\ninitial erection of signs as well as the cost of potential\n\nreplacement or reconstruction of signs. Upon receiving adequate\n\nfunding from private sources and after a shoulder lane has been\n\nprovided, the Department of Transportation shall cause suitable\n\npermanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing that name.\n\nContingent upon the availability of funds, the Department shall\n\nprovide a shoulder lane designated for use by bicycle traffic on the\n\nHistoric Chisholm Trail Bike Route.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8c0a4baa66e015f3c8d95492234875baa54da025a595db82204d7159097af6da","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1698.158","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-1698.16"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
