Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.249","heading":"Trail Of Tears Historic Bike Route","body":"From the Cherokee Nation Capitol Building, along U.S. Highway 62\n\nfrom the City of Tahlequah to the Arkansas border shall be\n\ndesignated as the \"Trail Of Tears Historic Bike Route\". The cost\n\nassociated with signage required by this section shall be provided\n\nfrom private sources and shall include the cost of the initial\n\nerection of signs as well as the cost of potential replacement or\n\nreconstruction of signs. Upon receiving adequate funding from\n\nprivate sources and after a shoulder lane has been provided, the\n\nDepartment of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers\n\nto be placed upon the highway bearing the name \"Trail Of Tears\n\nHistoric Bike Route\".
