Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.263","heading":"Representative David Brumbaugh Memorial Highway","body":"Notwithstanding any other section of statute and due to the\n\nuntimely and sudden passing of State Representative David Brumbaugh,\n\na proud and dedicated leader for House District 76 and a\n\ndistinguished and decorated veteran of the United States Army who is\n\nworthy of such recognition, the bridge over North Aspen Avenue on\n\nthe Broken Arrow Expressway shall be designated as the\n\n“Representative David Brumbaugh Memorial Bridge” as soon as\n\npractical after the effective date of this legislation.
