Honeycutt Memorial Highway","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of State\n\nHighway 28A in Rogers County beginning at the intersection of State\n\nHighway 66 near the Town of Foyil, extending east to the\n\nintersection of State Highway 28, then continuing east to the\n\nInterstate 44 interchange in Mayes County shall be designated as the\n\n\"CSM Junior H. Honeycutt Memorial Highway\".
