Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.351","heading":"Mayor Martin Dyer Memorial Highway","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of U.S.\n\nHighway 77 beginning at the intersection of Broadway Avenue in\n\nArdmore extending north to the intersection of State Highway 142 in\n\nCarter County shall be designated as the \"Mayor Martin Dyer Memorial\n\nHighway\".
