Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1702","heading":"Bonds not obligations of state or subdivisions - Payable","body":"from revenues - Statement to be contained in bonds.\n\nTurnpike revenue bonds issued under the provisions on this\n\narticle shall not at any time be deemed to constitute a debt of the\n\nstate or of any political subdivision thereof or a pledge of the\n\nfaith and credit of the state or of any such political subdivision,\n\nbut such bonds shall be payable solely from the funds herein\n\nprovided therefor from revenues.
