Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1712","heading":"Monies deemed trust funds","body":"All monies received pursuant to the authority of this article,\n\nwhether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or as revenues, shall be\n\ndeemed to be trust funds, to be held and applied solely as provided\n\nin this article.
