Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1720","heading":"Annual report by Authority","body":"The authority shall make and submit to the Governor, within\n\nninety (90) days of the close of the Authority's fiscal year, a full\n\nreport showing anticipated projects, projects under construction and\n\nprojects in operation, and the financial condition of the Authority\n\nand the sinking fund of each separate project, and such other\n\ninformation as the Governor shall require.
