Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1729","heading":"Determination of amount of fuel consumed on turnpikes","body":"In determining the amount of motor fuel consumed on the Oklahoma\n\nturnpike projects each month, the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall\n\ndivide the total miles traveled on the turnpikes by passenger\n\nautomobiles, single unit trucks, and combination trucks and buses as\n\ncertified each month by the Authority, by the average number of\n\nmiles per gallon of motor fuel consumed by each of those classes of\n\nmotor vehicles.
