Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1736","heading":"Honor the Fallen Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to be designated the \"Honor the\n\nFallen Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\ndeposited to the credit of the fund by law. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority for the purpose of\n\nrepaying turnpike tolls for the funeral procession of any member of\n\nthe United States Armed Forces, including the National Guard or\n\nArmed Forces Reserve, who is either killed in the line of duty in a\n\ncombat zone or dies of wounds inflicted in a combat zone and who, at\n\nthe time of death, was a resident of this state.
