Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1910","heading":"Agreements to repair streets or bridges within real","body":"estate development.\n\nThe board of county commissioners of any county, after\n\ndetermining that a life-threatening situation exists due to a\n\nnatural disaster, may enter into agreements for the repair of any\n\npublic street or bridge within a real estate development as defined\n\nin Section 851 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, with the owners\n\nassociation formed within the real estate development as provided\n\nfor in Section 852 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, regardless\n\nof whether the real estate development exists within or outside the\n\nlimits of a city, town, or municipality.
