Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1963","heading":"Highway Construction Materials Technician Certification","body":"Board Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be designated the \"Highway Construction Materials Technician\n\nCertification Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received for deposit in the fund.
