The Oklahoma Department of Transportation, in accordance\n\nwith Section 2001 of this title and based on the funding as set\n\nforth in Section 2001 of this title and Section 168.6 of Title 73 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, is hereby authorized to construct, improve,\n\nmaintain, and repair all or any part of the following highway and\n\nbridge projects to the greatest extent possible consistent with the\n\nallocation of funds provided by this act as apportioned to each\n\ntransportation district pursuant to this act:\n\n1. In State Transportation Commission District 1:\n\na. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 59 between\n\nWestville and Watts,\n\nb. bridge improvement for 14 Mile Creek Bridge on State\n\nHighway 82,\n\nc. highway improvement for State Highway 82 from the\n\nvicinity of Tahlequah extending north to the vicinity\n\nof Locust Grove,\n\nd. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 64 from the\n\nvicinity of Warner extending north in the vicinity of\n\nMuskogee,\n\ne. intersection modifications and highway improvement for\n\nU.S. Highway 62 and Country Club Road and U.S. Highway\n\n62 and State Highway 16,\n\nf. highway improvement for ramps in the vicinity of State\n\nHighway 165 and Hancock-Peak,\n\ng. highway improvement for State Highway 10 in the\n\nvicinity of Braggs Mountain,\n\nh. highway improvement for State Highway 80 between South\n\nStreet and Poplar Street in the City of Ft. Gibson,\n\ni. intersection improvement at intersection of Country\n\nClub Road and Chandler in the City of Muskogee,\n\nj. highway improvement for State Highway 9 extending east\n\nof Stigler,\n\nk. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 59 extending\n\nnorth to the vicinity of State Highway 141, including\n\na bridge improvement over the Arkansas River,\n\nl. highway improvement for State Highway 51 from the\n\nvicinity of Wagoner extending west to the vicinity of\n\nMuskogee Turnpike, including a bridge improvement over\n\nthe Verdigris River,\n\nm. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 75 from the\n\nvicinity of Okmulgee County 6th Street extending north\n\nto the vicinity of State Highway 56 Loop,\n\nn. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 266 from the\n\nvicinity of U.S. Highway 75 extending east to vicinity\n\nof Dewar, and\n\no. highway improvement for State Highway 51 for the\n\nNorthwest Tahlequah Bypass;\n\n2. In State Transportation Commission District 2:\n\na. reconstruct approximately eight (8) miles of U.S.\n\nHighway 270 from the vicinity of Panola to the\n\nvicinity of Red Oak in Latimer County,\n\nb. highway improvement on State Highway 1/63 in Latimer\n\nCounty,\n\nc. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 from the\n\nvicinity of Idabel to the junction with State Highway\n\n98 in McCurtain County,\n\nd. highway improvement for approximately three (3) miles\n\non State Highway 31 from the vicinity of U.S. Highway\n\n270 to the vicinity of the Indian Nation Turnpike in\n\nPittsburg County,\n\ne. bridge improvement at Sandy Creek on U.S. Highway 270\n\nin Pittsburg County,\n\nf. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 in Choctaw\n\nCounty from the vicinity of the Bryan County line to\n\nthe junction of U.S. Highway 271,\n\ng. highway improvement covering approximately three (3)\n\nmiles on State Highway 144 in Pushmataha County,\n\nh. highway improvement covering approximately ten (10)\n\nmiles on U.S. Highway 70 from the vicinity of Lake\n\nTexoma to the vicinity of Durant in Bryan County,\n\ni. highway improvement covering approximately seven (7)\n\nmiles on State Highway 3 from the vicinity of Atoka\n\neast to the vicinity of Lane in Atoka County,\n\nj. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 from the\n\nvicinity of Madill to the Bryan County line in\n\nMarshall County, and\n\nk. highway improvement for the Poteau Bypass;\n\n3. In State Transportation Commission District 3:\n\na. highway improvement covering approximately one (1)\n\nmile on Chautauqua street in the City of Norman from\n\nState Highway 9 to one (1) mile north,\ncinity of Lane in Atoka County,\n\nj. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 from the\n\nvicinity of Madill to the Bryan County line in\n\nMarshall County, and\n\nk. highway improvement for the Poteau Bypass;\n\n3. In State Transportation Commission District 6:\n\na. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 60 and State\n\nHighway 51 within the city limits of Arnett,\n\nb. highway improvement for approximately twenty-five (25)\n\nmiles of U.S. Highway 412 from the vicinity of U.S.\n\nHighway 281 to the vicinity of U.S. Highway 60,\n\nc. highway improvement for approximately twenty (20)\n\nmiles of U.S. Highway 54 from the vicinity of Texhoma\n\nto the vicinity of Guymon,\n\nd. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 54 from the\n\nvicinity of Optima to approximately four (4) miles\n\nnorth of Optima, and\n\ne. right-of-way purchases for future improvement to U.S.\n\nHighway 270/183 from the vicinity of Woodward to\n\napproximately ten (10) miles south of Woodward;\n\n7. In State Transportation Commission District 7:\n\na. highway improvement on 6-Mile Line from the vicinity\n\nof State Highway 37 extending south approximately five\nm the\n\nvicinity of Optima to approximately four (4) miles\n\nnorth of Optima, and\n\ne. right-of-way purchases for future improvement to U.S.\n\nHighway 270/183 from the vicinity of Woodward to\n\napproximately ten (10) miles south of Woodward;\n\n7. In State Transportation Commission District 7:\n\na. highway improvement on 6-Mile Line from the vicinity\n\nof State Highway 37 extending south approximately five\n\n(5) miles to the vicinity of Interstate 44 in Grady\n\nCounty,\n\nb. highway improvement on State Highway 19 in the\n\nvicinity of Chickasha extending east approximately ten\n\n(10) miles,\n\nc. highway improvement on State Highway 9 in the vicinity\n\nof Carnegie extending east approximately eight (8)\n\nmiles to the vicinity of Fort Cobb in Caddo County,\n\nd. city street and intersection improvement at junction\n\nof U.S. Highway 62 and Petri Road within the city\n\nlimits of Anadarko,\n\ne. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 277 from the\n\nvicinity of Cyril extending east approximately four\n\n(4) miles to the vicinity of Cement,\n\nf. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 62 from junction\n\nof State Highway 17 and Porter Hill south to the\n\nvicinity of junction of U.S. Highway 62 and Interstate\n\n44,\n\ng. highway improvement on the Duncan Bypass, beginning at\n\nState Highway 7, approximately two (2) miles west of\n\nU.S. Highway 81 and extending south to connect with\n\nState Highway 7 East junction in the vicinity of\n\nDuncan together with connecting roads,\n\nh. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 from the\n\nvicinity of Ardmore extending east approximately ten\n\n(10) miles to the vicinity of the Marshall County\n\nline,\n\ni. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 177 from State\n\nHighway 7 East junction in the City of Sulphur\n\nextending north approximately ten (10) miles to the\n\nvicinity of State Highway 29,\n\nj. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 from the\n\nvicinity of Waurika to the vicinity of Ringling,\n\nk. street improvement in vicinity of 2600 block of\n\nSouthwest Lee Boulevard within the City of Lawton, and\n\nl. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 70 within the City\n\nof Lone Grove; and\n\n8. The Department of Transportation, in accordance with Section\n\n2001 of this title and based on the funding as set forth in\n\nsubsection F of Section 2001 of this title and Section 168.6 of\n\nTitle 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes, is hereby authorized to complete\n\nthe projects set forth in subsection A of this section, or to\n\nconstruct, improve, maintain, and repair all or any part of the\n\nfollowing highway and bridge projects to the greatest extent\n\npossible consistent with the allocation of funds as apportioned to\n\neach transportation district as provided in subsection F of Section\n\n2001 of this title:\n\n1. In State Transportation Commission District 1:\n\na. highway improvement for U.S. Highway 59 north from\n\nWestville extending approximately six (6) miles to\n\nBallard Creek,\n\nb. highway improvement on State Highway 51 beginning in\n\nthe vicinity of the Verdigris River extending east,\n\nc. highway improvement on State Highway 51 beginning at\n\nthe junction of U.S. Highway 69 extending east to the\n\njunction of State Highway 16 in Wagoner,\n\nd. highway improvement on State Highway 72 beginning at\n\nPecan Street in the city of Coweta extending north to\n\nthe junction of State Highway 51,\n\ne. highway improvement on State Highway 51 beginning at\n\nthe junction of State Highway 72 in the city of Coweta\n\nextending east approximately one (1) mile,\n\nf. highway improvement on State Highway 51 from the\n\njunction of State Highway 16 in the city of Wagoner\n\nextending east,\n\ng. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 69 beginning north\n\nof the Muskogee Turnpike extending north,\n\nh. traffic signal installation on State Highway 165 near\n\non and off ramps and Chandler Street in the city of\n\nMuskogee,\n\ni. traffic signal modification at junction of U.S.\n\nHighway 64B and Southside Boulevard in the city of\n\nMuskogee,\n\nj. highway improvement on State Highway 10 approximately\n\nfive (5) miles south of U.S. Highway 62 extending\n\nsouth to Braggs Mountain in Muskogee County,\n\nk. signalization and intersection modifications and\n\nadditional improvements on U.S. Highway 69 at West\n\nOkmulgee Street and Broadway Street in the city of\n\nMuskogee,\n\nl. highway improvement on State Highway 52 beginning at\ne city of\n\nMuskogee,\n\nj. highway improvement on State Highway 10 approximately\n\nfive (5) miles south of U.S. Highway 62 extending\n\nsouth to Braggs Mountain in Muskogee County,\n\nk. signalization and intersection modifications and\n\nadditional improvements on U.S. Highway 69 at West\n\nOkmulgee Street and Broadway Street in the city of\n\nMuskogee,\n\nl. highway improvement on State Highway 52 beginning at\n\nMorris extending north approximately nine (9) miles to\n\nState Highway 16,\n\nm. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 62 east of Morris\n\nextending approximately six (6) miles,\n\nn. highway improvement on State Highway 51 Spur adding\n\nparallel lanes for four lane divided highway on\n\nNorthwest Tahlequah Bypass,\n\no. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 266 at the\n\njunction with U.S. Highway 69,\n\np. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 266 beginning at\n\nold U.S. Highway 69 extending east to Muskogee County\n\nline,\n\nq. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 64 beginning at\n\nInterstate 40 extending east approximately five (5)\n\nmiles to the Arkansas River bridge,\n\nr. bridge improvement on State Highway 141 approximately\n\nfour (4) miles east of junction of U.S. Highway 59,\n\ns. highway improvement on State Highway 82 beginning at\n\nVian and extending north to State Highway 100,\n\nt. flashing signal installation on State Highway 51 at\n\nTaylor’s Ferry east of Wagoner,\n\nu. traffic signal improvements on State Highway 51 in\n\nWagoner,\n\nv. highway improvements on State Highway 16 in Okay,\n\nw. highway lighting improvement on State Highway 51\n\nbridge over Fort Gibson Lake,\n\nx. highway improvement on State Highway 16 west of U.S.\n\nHighway 75,\n\ny. highway improvement on U.S. Highway 266 east of Dewar,\n\nand\n\nz. bridge improvement on U.S. Highway 266 approximately\n\nsix (6) miles east of the Okmulgee County line in\n\nMcIntosh County,\n\naa. highway improvement on State Highway 31 in Haskell\n\nCounty from the junction of State Highway 2 extending\n\n18.89 miles east to the LeFlore County Line,\n\nbb. highway improvement on State Highway 82 in Haskell\n\nCounty from the junction of State Highway 9 extending\n\n10.99 miles south to the junction of State Highway 31,\n\nand\n\ncc. highway improvement on State Highway 9 in Haskell\n\nCounty from the Pittsburgh County line extending 4.65\n\nmiles east to the junction of State Highway 71;\n\n2.
