Stat. tit. 69, § 69-2003","heading":"Funding","body":"In order to maximize the funds available for the construction,\n\nimprovement, and maintenance of the highway and bridge projects set\n\nforth in Section 2002 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the\n\nOklahoma Department of Transportation may utilize funds dedicated to\n\na highway or bridge project to obtain additional federal matching\n\nfunds for any bridge project for which such federal matching funds\n\nare available. If federal matching funds are available for the\n\nconstruction of all or part of a bridge project, the Department of\n\nTransportation may give priority to the construction of all or part\n\nof the bridge project, despite any description of such project to\n\nthe contrary, in order to obtain the federal matching funds.
