Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3001","heading":"Authorization to construct toll expressways by means of","body":"public trusts.\n\nAny county or combination of cities, counties or towns, by\n\nresolution of their governing boards, may jointly create a public\n\ntrust for the purpose of planning, financing, constructing,\n\nmaintaining and operating a toll expressway upon the locations now\n\nor hereafter authorized by Section 1705 of Title 69, Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, and the state, or any county, municipality, political or\n\ngovernmental subdivision or governmental agency of the state or any\n\ncombination thereof may be the beneficiary of such trust; provided\n\nthat no funds of said beneficiary derived from sources other than\n\nthe trust property, or the operation thereof, shall be charged with\n\nor expended for the execution of said trust, except by express\n\naction of the legislative authority of the beneficiary first had.\n\nThe officers or any other governmental agencies or authorities\n\nhaving the custody, management or control of any property, real or\n\npersonal or both, of the beneficiary of such trust, or of such a\n\nproposed trust, which property shall be needful for the execution of\n\nthe trust purposes, hereby are authorized and empowered to lease\n\nsuch property for said purposes, after the acceptance of the\n\nbeneficial interest therein by the beneficiary as hereafter\n\nprovided, or conditioned upon such acceptance.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d7f87b3bb501457f45a28101ec80c257f54ca5c0e9bd547ce15fb638db8f116f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-244","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-3002"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
