Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3002","heading":"Power of condemnation","body":"A public trust created under the terms of this act shall have\n\nthe power to condemn property in like manner as railroad companies\n\nfor purposes consistent with the intent of this act. Provided that\n\nbefore any action for condemnation shall be instituted by such\n\npublic trust, there shall have been a contract entered into for the\n\nconstruction of the toll expressway and a performance bond shall\n\nhave been posted with the trustees in an amount equal to the\n\nestimated cost of labor and materials, and the trustees shall\n\ninvestigate and be assured on reasonable evidence that the\n\ncontractor or such other party who is to participate in all or a\n\nportion of the cost of acquiring rights-of-way is financially able\n\nand has committed in writing to the payment for a portion or all of\n\nthe estimated cost of acquisition of necessary rights-of-way.","path":["OK Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os69.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7a402a3503aefeb4956d6d4a6f64b1342200894500f49e063061e6cb82014800","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-3001","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-69-69-3003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
