Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3009","heading":"Closing of existing streets or highways","body":"No existing improved street or highway shall be closed by reason\n\nof the construction and operation of such toll expressway, except\n\nsuch temporary closing as may be required for the safety of the\n\npublic during construction, maintenance or repair, without the\n\nexpress consent of the governing body of any city, county or state\n\nagency having jurisdiction over such street or highway.
